Coaching Coaches - Are You Developing Leaders?

Some coaches just have, i've known coachs have one guide line, and it was put the programme first. Academically, you need to be on top of things. You stand on the team being at school. But haven't a conversation with a 15, 16 year old boy or girl just for them to kind of grasp everything. I think that's really, really important. And maybe dont know if there are specific examples that you could share from your own coaching of how youve tried to be intentional and developing leaders.
