Sin Is Crouching at the Door

When we are being tempted, sin makes itself appear as if it is a mere feather. But once it's been committed, then it drops onto us with the weight of an anvil. That's kind of what's happening here with Cain. It's the same thing that happens with us. The way that I've seen sin work in my own life and you see it happening in marriages and the scriptures as well. This is what I love this metaphor of sin crouching at the door. And then, thinking of recalling that, looking forward to Jesus' words and ping ponging back to this’s like, “Sin is crouching atThe door."
