The Ming's Fall
The one Lee emperor showed so much promise that maybe he could be another Hanwudi or a Tangtai Zhong. But somewhere around the turn of the century when 1599 turned into 1600, this one Lee emperor just turned his back on the government. He spent the next 20 years in utter gluttony and debauchery. And I'm not gonna say this was the direct cause of the Ming's fall, but it sure was one of the causes.
