The Secret Service Will Not Handcuff the Former President

My assumption is they won't handcuff him. I think that the Secret Service will be quite vociferous about that. They have to be able to move the former president in a second to notice and having him restrained in any way. For the same reason, I expect they'll expedited this can usually take up to about six or seven hours for the former Trump. It's very common that it's at least three hours.
