Are We Playing Catch-Up?
The Coast Guard is the lead agency for dealing with the Arctic. It's been that way for my understanding is 150 years. What we see is efforts to kind of bring together at the interagency level a way to address the Arctic challenge. But these efforts have been sort of disparate and uneven across the board over the past 10 plus years. This is a multi-year, multi-decade approach that we're going to have to take.
