The Fed is an arm of the federal government chartered by Congress to maximize employment and minimize inflation. The efficient market hypothesis, the hypothesis that stimulates, we have no answer for 2008. You see these ups and downs, these psychological conditions, these booms and busts, they are now accounted for in the operations of the running of the Federal Reserve. And then if you happen to be a politician that happens to get to the big stage like Donald Trump,. you ask a few questions or better yet, you make an accusation to question the booms of the busts.
