Is the United States in a War With China?

Ben Hodge: In many parts of the world, it seems Vladimir Putin's message that this is a war against American imperialism. "I think actually the Chinese are very angry at Vladimir Putin right now" The US defense budget is already extraordinarily high,. It's at over $800 billion a year. Many reckon that if they're to be serious in the US about confronting China militarily, it's got to go over a trillion a year, trillion dollars a year on defense. America isn't ready for that, is it?
