What Do You Think About Austin's Wealth?
I was wondering whether you could explain what life for the lower classes would have been at this time that we don't necessarily see in her literature. A lot of her writing is about women who are almost in a similar situation to her or a little bit higher because that's what she knew and circulated within. Bath was an interesting period for her, I think. One of highs and lows, I would say. She probably had a complicated relationship with Bath because of some of the great sadnesses in her life happened while she was mainly living there.
