How to Read for Detail on the IELTS Exam

Reading for detail is when you read every word of something. On the IELTS test, that means reading two or three sentences in detail to get the answer. Scanning is just letting your eyes roam over the words and looking for a letter or a number. Reading for detail is slow, you're reading everywhere to really get the meaning.
