The Challenge of Prosecutors in the Case of Donald Trump

David Pekker is a little bit of an anomaly in that regard because he was given immunity by federal prosecutors to testify against Michael Cohen. It's very interesting that he was the rebuttal witness that the Manhattan DA brought in today after Bob Castello testified and called Michael Cohen a liar. So I don't know necessarily if it was only for the campaign as well, but certainly at that time during the campaign, it did benefit the campaign. Clearly, I mean, they benefit and they show some of that collaboration,. whether that reaches a legal threshold, a difficult question without more evidence.
