Is There Any Chance That Hydrogen Could Replace Coal?
Hydrogen can be used as a fuel source and an energy source, effectively replacing fossil fuels. It does have the potential to ide an alternative use for are those gas pipes - but it's uncertain if existing pipe lines could carry hydrogen. There is still quite a lot of uncertainty around the technology,. how it can be made cost effective, and how existing inver structure can be used to facilitate transport or use of hydrogen in other ways.
