Venders can't really go to market unless they're behind closed doors with somebody who has a real efficiency need. They can't lead in their market message by saying, you can get rid of some darned head count around here and become more lean and competitive. But the possibilities of real deal automation of certain departments within a business are serious. And that's going to raise issues in terms of having a humane approach to down sizing and so forth.
