Cohen has added another Dutch claim. Either he forgot what would normally be a major legal moment when you're waving attorney client privilege or he was misleading the public again. But either way, he could face this in cross-examination and they could call Castello as a rebuttal witness. Now, that could prove actually somewhat damaging because Cohen, of course, is going to be examined on his long history of lies and fraudulent conduct.
