The Perversion of Behavioral Economics
Economics has gotten much more mathematical than physics in a way. In finance, you can't get published these days unless you write very mathematical papers and often they have no efficacy at all. And then the counter example to that is behavioral economics. I got very excited when I first started to learn about it, because it seemed like what Kahneman and Traski were going to do. But now many of the articles are about gender issues in CEOs.
