The January 6 Case Could Be Fast Tracked Into a Five to Six Month Trial

The former president is being sued by the state of Georgia for allegedly violating racketeering laws and other charges. The suit was filed on January 6th, but a judge has yet to set a trial date. CNN's John Berman says he doesn't know if it will be tried in four or six weeks as some have suggested. He also said that there are political issues at play with Biden running against Trump this year.
