Governor DeSantis' office says the governor is aware of Disney's last-ditch efforts. The outgoing board signed an agreement that essentially makes Disney the government, according to a CNN investigation. Despite that, Disney is standing firm telling CNN all agreements signed between Disney and the district were appropriate in open, noticed public forums.
