Getting Team Leads and Directors to Set Continuous Delivery Targets
The team leads tend to be a little nervous because we don't entirely tell them what they have authority and control over when they take on the TL role. So they focus on feature stuff, which is good. That's how you bring value. But I think that maybe the missing piece is if we get the directors to set continuous delivery targets, quality targets, then you get the results that they do actually care about without them having to know the details. And the team leads have the permission to tackle the tactical things that they know are bothering them. It would be a great result.
