The Power of Courage to Coach
He's got a very clear way of doing things. And you know, education is a critical part of what a coach does every day. So he's passionate about it. The players really enjoy learning from him and buying into his techniques. He needs to give them a sense of confidence that if they do what he asks, it doesn't quite work. But then when it does work, that creates the belief and the confidence and the belief in the confidence means they become followers. And therefore the leader becomes more powerful. That seems like the kind of attention to detail that is difficult to match up to as a player or as someone working with him - but teamed with this passion for the game.
