Laura: I encourage real estate investors to look at this section as a potential money-making thing because these people do have pain. Detroit had an eight hundred and seven percent increase in foreclosures Denver had a six hundred and forty one percent increase. There's so many ways to make money in this small niche that it definitely shouldn't be overlooked, Laura says.
