Is There a Deadline for Nico and Ian Hap?

Ryan: Is it possible that we're talking about pictures and catchers or the first day that position players report being a deadline if you will for anybody that might be looking at an extension do we have any update on what that might mean? Ryan: Jed Hoyer mentioned that in his press with us this morning it's not a real set deadline. He said he doesn't want extension talks to last like you know deep in his brain training closer to opening day where it could affect the mentality but just like the preparation the focus when you know you got other things going on sometimes you're not as focused on baseball on your player right you got extension talks in the works you might lose focus a little
