Is Scaling the Issue?

I think the scaling is the issue. There can be a high cognitive load if you need to look both inwards and outwards simultaneously. It's also probably a thing that when we come into its more than one team, I think we need to start dividing up work. And because in a large organization, I can't be involved in everything. So it's easy to sit and turn. Scaring. Yeah.
