I think achieving financial independence and building wealth is easier with a partner. My wife was in the midst of medical school. She would rack an up debt and then she had four years of residency. So it's quite a bit of a journey for her. I wasn't even thinking about sort of her experience and how much money she would make. It didn't even really until literally a year ago when she started working, that was like the first time I ever thought to myself, like, wow, she's making good money.
