California Gov't Will Suspend the Bail Reform Law, but That's a Very Tall Order

Zellin needs about 30% of the city to win. Even if he wins, you're still going to deal with probably a major Democratic majority in the state assembly. He thinks he's going to be able to get the bail reform law repealed through the legislative process. But I have doubts about that because some of these jokers up there and they're not those like I'm going to go into their districts.
