Is There a Future in Engineering?

I know you've had a very successful career, your vice president at Intuitive. Do you have any final advice that you can give to structural engineers that are looking for success in their careers? I think my advice especially for young folks is to speak up both within your firm when you start working and then within the industry in whatever ways you can. You know I think your ideas are really important and they're going to help us evolve into something better than we are today.
