How to Deal With the Explosion of IoT on 5G Networks
In May of this year, hackers carried out a widespread phishing campaign targeting both individuals and organizations in Mexico. Researchers from Israel-based cybersecurity company Perception Point estimated that since early 2021, the threat actors have defrauded more than 4,000 victims out of over $55 million. Colorado State University says move it related data breach impacts students and staff. There's a lot of excitement in the industry for the possibilities of 5G, but less so for security professionals.
