The Problem With Pre-Registered Studies Finding Stereotype Threat Effects on Women in Math

There's a very large literature showing stereotype threat effects on women in math, but pre registered studies don't find the effect. When you when these meta analyses have taken measures to eliminate the biases in the underlying studies, they also show little or no stereotype threat effect for women in math. The other area is race and intelligence intelligence or cognitive ability testing,. SATs, GREs, IQ tests, and that literature has a clear problem and an unclear problem.
