The more water in chocolate the more oxalate it is available to get into your bloodstream. Olive oil has some oxalate but peanuts have none so if you go out to eat in an Asian restaurant using peanut oil you don't need to worry about it because there's no oxalate in the oil. The same with chocolate. The the more fat and sugar in it the less oxalate the darker the more Oxalate. And then to things like other things like chocolate we have chocolate cacao cocoa powder and carrot. They're kind of on the thumbs down.
