Atlanta police estimate that a thousand individuals are responsible for 40% of the crime in a four-week period. The same 75 were arrested 1,800 times in four weeks. That's just one month people. Now this reminds me of the dumbest thing I ever heard Many years ago long before I had an involvement in a political commentary and we had this three strike law. They got passed During the debate about the three strike rule which would take somebody who was a triple offender and put them basically in jail for life so they couldn't offend.
