How Do You Deal With High Stress Environments?

i've worked across three different industries you know am i working live and most well all of them have been in sort of high stress. to say hey james um first of all in terms of the language specifically it's not acceptable like i've witnessed people who have had serious allegations of exceptionally bad behavior made against them just being effectively kept on the payroll but moved to a safe area where they aren't going to cause any more damage.
