God's calling on your life is not put on hold until you overcome in every area and perform perfectly a hundred % of the time. Don't let that weakness be an excuse to settle where you are. In fact, the scripture says god's power shows up greatest in our weakness. You have to give yourself permission to have some flaws. Ou'll never be happy if you don't give yourself the right to have some weaknesses. I've learned some weaknesses god will never remove. If he did, we wouldn't need him.
