With a more consolidated refining structure in the industry, if you get a weather event and you close down one refinery, it's like the baby formula shortage. I think they say they're at the lowest refinery capacity in eight years. The official excuse from the industry experts is that they have weaker future demand forecasts for green energy. So this isn't really about Russia in the short run because you don't want us to move away from fossil fuels.
