Ingmar Guandique and Chandra Levy

Ingmar Guandique, an El Salvadorian immigrant who never knew Chandra prior to her death. Unbeknownst to the jogger, Levy's body was slowly beginning to decompose in the very park she was running through. As they started to reach a more secluded area, the jogger began to sense that someone was running behind her. She slowed to let him pass, but in that moment, Gondike rushed forward and grabbed her from behind, flashing a knife at her neck.
