I love the idea of simplicity and getting people to understand that from another perspective. I would love you to elaborate it, a great documentary and that's a jiro in Tokyo because here's an example of somebody that is using very simple ingredients. Why don't you talk about why you decided to use that example in your work? Yeah, it was one of those movies where the white bulb went off when I watched it and you see how disciplined this guy is. He's just very disciplined and he uses his same exact process every time.
