There is no actual evidentiary standard met here based on what we've seen. They continue to use this talking point about they said one thing privately and something different publicly. That is not evidence of defamation of anything. If defamation were saying something you don't believe on the news, then we could get rid of every single news network and Dominion possibly could sue them. And even Fox with all its money and resources couldn't take them down.
