The Inca Empire, Like the Mayas and the Aztecs
The inca empire was a lot like the aztec empire, but they were more centralized and more absolutist. The emperor was in charge, and there was no factionalism allowed. They also did not treat conquered peoples according to a sort of diplomatic protocol as the aztecs did. And along these roads they created a whole complicated network of interconnected temples and granaries to store food and feed the labor force.
