The Losers in the Path to Net Zero
There are big losers from the path to net zero that we've described. They're effectively the owners of existing fossil fuelases. So what the state should be doing is saying, may unlevel the tilt the playing field in favor of the new technology and facilitate scaling it up. That can be done through really aggressive regulations, but also, i think, potential, with support from capital.
