Vanguard - What's the Difference?
People feel in the Vanguard brand a sense of trust. All decisions are around doing what's best for them, and I think that just permeates. So given that framework of brand and culture, obviously lots of things have changed since the days of Jack Bogel. There are probably half a dozen different initiatives that Vanguard has come up with that Jack isn't a fan of.
