Housing market in Los Angeles is changing fast, says realtor Stephanie Vitaco. Buyers fear prices are going to come down so they don't want to put in at 1.3 million on a property. She says sellers just haven't gotten the message yet that they've got to ask for lower bids. "I've been doing this for well over 25 years here, and I've never seen it happen quite so fast"
