Joe Biden's Priority in Ireland

Biden will be in Ireland to mark the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement. He says that America served as an honest broker and helped bring about a successful agreement. Biden also believes that people have had a chance to reflect upon the referendum question on Britain's membership of the European Union.
