The Economic Costs of Shutting Down the Communication System
The economic cost of shutting down the internet has been extraordinary. It's not just, you know, the cost of free speech and communication, but the very real economic cost. And it strikes me that that would affect government decision making as well. We don't know the counterfactual tat we don't know where a shut down was considered and wasn't taken. Ithink, i think the cost benefit analysis in the mind of someone who is shetting down the intenet is such that they would happily pay the price.
