Politicians are completely influenced and corrupted by lobbying bribery. The real problem for me is how do you get someone to do something that's painful or bad for them? I actually think I might have met the guy this this week who is going to fix it. Every transaction on a blockchain is public. That's an inferior system, right? How many people are going to sign up to use an asset where if I pay with with this unique asset, people can see my my income, the things that came into that account. Like my whole transaction history. And I guess you can opt out of it maybe. But most people don't.
