Should You Get Off Social Media?
I think the social media question is, it's, we need to become much more conscious of how we're using our attention. I'm definitely not one of these people who thinks that, you know, Facebook's ruining the world and we need to delete everything. There are practical uses for social media and there are benefits to it. But I think the problem is is that it's such a new technology and it'ssuch a new force in our culture that we need to be aware of the drawbacks. And we need to train ourselves to have a lot more control over our attention or, or our choices that we're making.
