Is There a Commission Base Plan for Sales?

If sales wasn't based on commissions, how much different that you could structure your organization to be customer centric? We need to think differently about how sales is commissioned. The thing is, you could have a way different sales environment with a happier customers anso, i'm just throwing that out there as an experiment. It's something that we're also thinking about pioneering here at refine labs. I'd be interested to learn.
