Do You Think Governor Abbott's Invasion Clauses Are Applicable?

Governor Abbott is getting them out of Texas so that Texas doesn't have to deal with the problem. Once they're released from our custody, they're free to go anywhere in the United States. So yes, I absolutely believe that when this makes it to the Supreme Court, because it is going to be challenged, but when it makes it tothe Supreme Court and that case is laid out that this is organized, it is in fact an invasion.
