Is the NRC a Step Stone for Presidential Ambition?

The NRC never to me at least you might disagree like felt like a stepping stone for presidential ambitions. What's interesting too is that Rick Scott Bear hugs Trump does not engender him with the McConnell set as well. So whatever he's done can be kind of dismantled but if they really did collect data and digital information I wonder if that is something that he wants to mine and use or at least it's a good practice in how to collect that sort of database.
