We Can't Just Throw Everything Away and Be Rid of It
The whole framework of like someone's paid their debt to society and they've also left prison with a huge bill is just so bleakly fucking ironic you know. We can't arrest our way out of the problem we have this is hard work to be doing and hard things to be thinking through right. The idea that prisons and jails and police keep us safe when all they really do is perpetuate these systems of administrative violence, she says.
