In 2015 i started having my first job that was kind of you know for a proper startup and i worked for this company. They were the first user of something called tenement which is basically the first kind of proof of stake design. And then i joined i became a chief operating officer of the company tenement in 2017. The company ended up falling apart and splitting up into like people basically ended up starting a lot of different projects out of this.
