Locke Wharton, a Romantic Philosopher

He was a much more, not he-nistic, but he was a man. He entered the royal society's call to try and to begin essentially the amateur construction of knowledge. Locke Wharton kept a weather diary with instruments again made by Thomas Tompian. The goal through all of this was to bring sciences tools into the process of systematizing thought.
