When you see a picture of her majesty with lots of politicians and political leaders, she's often one of the only women. She is very good at finding a moment of humour or lightness to cut through the sort of flummery and sometimes sort o pomposity surrounding some of those sort of events. And maybe part of that is being a woman and and having that sort of sense of humour and that ability to put people at ease.
