I Think the Country Is Rallying Behind the New Monarch
I think the country is rallying behind because it is this crucial element of our constitutional structure. The new monarch takes over immediately the previous monarch dies. So there is an absolute thread of continuity, and i think people recognize that. But i think everybody will be reassured by the continuity that he provides. And its seared in everybody's memory om the queen making first that historic trip to the republic of ireland and then later going to northern ireland.
